You'll find our hostels in the most beautiful locations in the Netherlands: for example in the middle of the forest or right next to the beach. Go exploring with a Stayokay bike or rent a canoe! Get up early with the kids and let them come face-to-face with the beavers of the Biesbosch forest. Extraordinary overnight stays
Staying in a new place is fun, but it can also sometimes cause a little tension. The question of whether the kids will sleep alright might upset you a little, so you yourself might end up lying awake at night. At Stayokay, these concerns are a thing of the past. That's because many of our hostels have family rooms. This means that you can sleep with your family in one room. And that's anything but cramped together. These rooms always have two low beds and one or two bunk beds. Super fun for the kids to crawl into bed with their parents the next morning.
We have a range of options to make your stay extra special. At Stayokay Utrecht Centrum, for example, you can stay in the Railway Room or the Miffy Room, where the most beautiful dreams come to life.
With your family in a nature house
Would you like to take your family holiday to the next level? Then this Wikkelhouse is for you! In Stayokay Apeldoorn, Gorssel, and Dordrecht, you'll find these sustainable houses made of recyclable cardboard in the middle of nature. These houses have a double bed and a bunk bed, a bathroom and a living room with a kitchenette. Wake up in the full glory of the morning with your feet in the grass.
Open to everyone!
Nobody has to tiptoe around our hostels. That's one less thing to worry about! Everyone is welcome and there is a nice low-key atmosphere. This is partly because our guests are always nicely mixed (and in good spirits). The kids can play with other little adventurers and maybe you'll have a chat with that international traveller at the bar.
