Last update: 8 October 2021
Our hostels are open and you are welcome! Curious what changes we've made to keep everybody safe? View the measures we've taken below.
Behind the scenes we've been hard at work to make our hostels suitable for a stay according to government guidelines, so it may be a little bit different than you're used to. But by observance of a few new rules, we're certain that you'll be able to enjoy a pleasant stay as always! Check availability here and book your room today.
Do you want to book or do you have a question about a group of 21 guests or more? For reservations in Amsterdam, please contact our Booking Office. For reservations for 21 guests or more outside of Amsterdam, please contact the hostel where you want to book directly.
What specific policies are in place?
During your stay we'll try to ensure that the mutual contact between guests and employees is limited and it's easier to adhere to the rules. Of course we follow the guidelines of the Dutch government and have put the following measures in place:
Our staff work according to a strict protocol, so checking in and out may be a little different from what you're used to. The reception staff are happy to help you at an appropriate distance. We do prefer paying by contactless/card when possible!
All our rooms have their own private shower & WC. In the rooms it is always possible to keep distance from people who do not belong to your household. A coronavirus entry pass is not necessary for an overnight stay.
The restaurant, bar and terrace are open until midnight at the latest. You're welcome to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner. A coronavirus entry pass is necessary for a visit to the bar, the restaurant and meeting rooms.
Keeping fit is important, so outdoor play areas are open and bicycles are still available to rent. These will be more frequently cleaned.
Extra cleaning and other hygiene measures are a top priority. There are disinfectant hand gels in all public areas and toilets available for general use. Soap will be provided in all rooms.
It is not mandatory to wear a face mask in public areas. We look forward to seeing all the pretty faces again 🙂
