Right in the centre of Midsland, you can find Pura Vida, a hip food bar where it’s all about enjoying life. After all, their motto is ‘good food, good mood’. They offer delicious take-away bowls, but it’s also nice to take a seat at the food bar.
Following West-Terschelling, Midsland is the largest village on the island. The main street has lots of fun speciality shops and restaurants, and Pura Vida certainly belongs in the category ‘hip’. The interior inspires you to give your own house a makeover when you get home, and the dishes on the menu will provide cooking inspiration for weeks to come. From a beet burger to a Vietnamese pho (noodle soup) and various bowls: it’s tough to choose. So, there’s only one solution: eat here more often.
