Gès kieken, what does that mean? That’s what the farmer does every day: inspecting his cows in the meadow. Do they still have enough grass (gès)? The farm is located in hamlet Kinnum, nearby Midsland. The farm shop is opened on Wednesday morning and Saturday. Here, you can buy beef packages of the farm’s own cows as well as other products from Terschelling, such as cheese, potatoes, onions and tea. For groups from 10 people, the Gèskieker organises tours of the farm.

During the school holidays, there’s always an open house at Gèskieker. On such days, you’re free to walk around the farm and discover the farm life of Terschelling.
