Paradise for Photographers

Do you like paintings, but does photography really get your juices flowing, then there’s only one museum you should go: Foam.

With over 200,000 visitors a year, this is by far the most popular photography museum in the country. The walls have works by both world-famous photographers and young talents on display.

“With sixteen exhibits a year on average, there’s always new photographic work to be discovered at Foam.”

Foam is a museum you can visit several times a year without getting bored. There’s no permanent collection and about sixteen exhibits a year on average. Via air bridges, covered courtyards and all kinds of stairwells, you discover all sorts of aspects of photography: from contemporary to historic and from autonomous to applied. In addition to the works by famous photographers, young upcoming image makers are offered a stage in the museum or in the Foam Magazine.
